    1. Order all consumables specified in the application: column, mobile phase, standard.
    2. Add method preset to your hplc.cloud cabinet.
    3. After you receive your consumables, use the method to create a sequence.
    4. Install the mobile phase and column on your Alltesta.
    5. Run a calibration with the standard sample.
    6. Run your sample of interest.
