Contact us for pricing

The Alltesta™ High-Pressure Switching Valve is a compact solution for precise fluid routing in analytical and laboratory systems. Multiple valve configurations provide flexible flow switching for applications such as column switching, solvent selection, sample injection, and automated fluid handling.

The standard 6×2 configuration operates at pressures up to 5000 psi (345 bar) and provides fast 200 ms switching for a 60° rotation. Multiple configurations with up to 10 ports are available to meet different system requirements.

Special Features

  • High-Pressure Operation: Up to 5000 psi (345 bar) in the standard 6×2 configuration.
  • Multiple Configurations: Available in 6×2, 7×6, and 10×9 configurations, with additional rotor options.
  • Fast Switching: 200 ms switching time for a 60° rotation in the standard configuration.
  • Chemically Resistant Materials: Wetted materials include SS316, PTFE, PEEK, and Vespel®.
  • Flexible Control: Supports serial commands, dedicated software, cloud control as part of the Alltesta™ Analyzer, and manual switching.
  • Open Serial Communication: UART interface allows integration with custom software and automated systems.
